Jake will be dearly missed by all who knew him and loved him.Ĭelebration for Jake will be held at Herman Heights Park (shelter #2) from 3-6 pm October 8, 2023. Jake is survived by his parents Deb Hawn, Scott Hawn, Keith Carlson, siblings Zach (Sheyda) Hawn, and Andy Hawn along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He will be embraced in Heaven by Hollis & Marion Wilson maternal grandparents, Willard & Mavis Carlson paternal grandparents, Bernie & Ardys Hawn, paternal step-grandparents. Jake contributed any amount of time spent with those he loved special. It didn’t matter if it was a quick hello or big milestone in life. Jake would frequently mentioned that making memories are what matters most. He left a big impact on those who knew him. If you had Jake in your life, you knew he loved you. Jake recently accomplished a goal of his in obtaining his commercial drivers license (CDL). ![]() Jake had a love for fishing, winning at cribbage, and playing bean bags. ![]() He will be remembered for his good heart, big smile, curiosity, infectious laugh, and genuine care for others. Jake enjoyed classic rock, motorcycles, and spending time with his friends and family. ![]()
